  • Talk with your health care provider. Discussing specific questions or concerns will help set your mind at ease.

  • Seek support. If you are having difficulty coping, reach out to a counselor at your organization’s assistance program.

Remember, even good anticipated change can lead to some anxiety. Don’t feel paralyzed by these feelings and be sure to seek help when needed.
