    Don’t forget that it is important to exercise regularly, eat healthy and get enough sleep.
  4. Stay connected with others.
    In a time where you can feel isolated, it is important to stay connected with your friends and family. While it is best to physically distance from others, there are many options to socially connect. Use technology such as FaceTime, HouseParty, or Marco Polo to connect with loved ones.
